Disturbed este o formație americană de heavy metal din Chicago, înființată în 1994. Formația îi include pe chitaristul Dan Donegan, bateristul Mike Wengren, vocalistul David Draiman și basistul John Moyer. Donegan și Wengren au făcut parte din trupă încă de la începuturi, Draiman luându-i locul vocalistului original Erich Awalt în 1996, iar Moyer înlocuindu-l pe basistul original Steve "Fuzz" Kmak în 2004.
Albumul de debut al trupei Disturbed, "The Sickness", a fost lansat în anul 2000 și a cunoscut un succes comercial, în mare parte datorită single-urilor "Down With the Sickness" și "Stupify". Ulterior, trupa a lansat albumele "Believe" (2002), "Ten Thousand Fists" (2005), "Indestructible" (2008) și "Asylum" (2010), toate clasându-se pe locul 1 în topul Billboard 200. Disturbed a intrat în pauză în octombrie 2011, perioadă în care membrii trupei s-au concentrat pe diverse proiecte solo. Trupa a revenit în iunie 2015 și a lansat în același an cel de-al șaselea album, "Immortalized". Acesta a fost urmat de albumele "Evolution" (2018) și "Divisive" (2022).
